Introducing Willamette Way Bookkeeping & Consulting

Hello, I'm Sanjay Reddy, the founder of Willamette Way Bookkeeping & Consulting. As I launch this venture, I wanted to share my background and what led me here. This isn't just a business story. It's a personal one rooted in decades of experience and a deep appreciation for the place I call home.

For over 32 years, I've navigated the world of large corporations, starting as a financial analyst and working my way up through roles in operations, program management, risk and controls, and even serving in the CEO's office. Along the way, I became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, drawn to the power of data and systems to drive meaningful improvements. It's been a rewarding career, filled with challenges and successes, but it also sparked a longstanding dream: to bring corporate expertise to the small businesses that form the backbone of our communities.

Oregon has been my home for nearly three decades, and I love this state—from its stunning landscapes to its resilient people. I've seen how entrepreneurs pour their grit and passion into building something special, often juggling everything from daily operations to long-term planning. It's inspiring, and it's what motivated me to step away from corporate life and focus on supporting entrepreneurs. Small business owners have so much insight hidden in their financial data, waiting to be uncovered and turned into an actionable path to growth and profitability.

That's why I started Willamette Way. I wanted to create a partnership-focused approach that helps Oregon entrepreneurs build a solid financial foundation, improve processes, and make confident decisions. It's about finding better ways to do what you love, drawing on proven methods in a practical, hands-on way. My vision is simple: To be the calm, trusted partner that lifts the back-office chaos off Oregon entrepreneurs, so they reclaim their time, gain total confidence in their numbers, and grow simply, predictably, and for the long haul.

I'm excited about this new chapter and look forward to connecting with fellow Oregonians who share that entrepreneurial spirit. If you'd like to chat about your journey, please reach out—I'm here to help!

Find a better way.
