This plan features a 60-minute Monthly Strategy Intensive where we analyze your 4 Custom Profit Metrics and optimize your cash flow for the month ahead.

*Onboarding Fee

A $249 one-time fee applies to all plans. It ensures our partnership is setup for success and includes:

  • Business Deep Dive: We’ll discuss your business model, challenges, and priorities for improvement and growth.

  • Customized Chart of Accounts: Build a structure to ensure your books provide accurate and actionable reporting.

  • Systems Integration: Complete the technical installation—connecting your bank and credit card accounts to the secure QuickBooks Online platform.

  • Workflow Setup: Review the processes we will use for our work together so we can immediately get started, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.

Monthly Add-on Services

  • Extra transactions over limit: $1 per item

  • Extra bank / CC accounts: $35 reconciled

  • 4 custom metrics w/ live dashboard: $99

  • Extra bill payments over limit (Catalyst only): $4 per item

Cleanup / Catch-up Bookkeeping

  • Light: 1-3 months behind, 300 max transactions: $499 flat

  • Standard: 4-6 months behind, 900 max transactions: $1,299 flat

  • Deep: 7-12 months behind, 2,800 max transactions: $3,499 flat

  • Extra transactions over limit: $1 per item
